If you are aware of any changes in your breasts from what is normal for you, tell your doctor without delay. Remember you are NOT wasting anyones's time. More often than not there is nothing to worry about. If there is a doubtm you will be given further tests. Should any sign of cancer be found, early treatment gives the best possible chance of cure.
