What does Nightlink offer?
Nightlink offers listening, support, understanding, respect and encouragement.
The Nightlink service is run by trained volunteers and paid workers who have experience of mental health issues and empathy for people in distress.
Calls to Nightlink are treated as strictly
confidential to the service and caller*. Callers may remain anonymous.
Calls may be supervised for staff training.
*Except where personal safety is compromised.
Who is Nightlink for?
Nightlink is a countywide free-phone listening service for anyone who is experiencing or has experienced emotional distress.
You do not need to be in crisis to call Nightlink but may like someone to talk to in confidence. Informal carers can also call Nightlink.
